Cancellation Rules

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins.

If approved in time, full refund is automatically processed.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery.

Unused product
Original packaging included
Proof of purchase required

Returns must be approved first.

One shipping fee applies per order.

No restocking charges.

Refund status will be communicated after inspection.

Approved refunds are returned to original payment method.

Processing time depends on payment provider.
